Traveling abroad and trying to listen to local bands

Hey everyone, 

I live in the US, but I´m traveling in Sweden for the next few weeks. How do I change my country so I can listen to Swedish bands? I´m trying to listen to a few local bands I´ve heard here, but i get an error telling me they´re not available in my country, even though i´m connected using a swedish IP address. Ive tried changing my country in my account settings, but it's not changing. I open the edit account page, and Sweden is autoselected and I can´t change it, but when I go back to my account summary, it says that my country is set to US. Can someone help out?

Hello. 

I bet you got a US credit card set up on that account? That might have something to do with it, I don't know for sure. But I think I read about it somewhere on the forum.

Yeah if you are premium and traveling aborad, you are stuck using the US version of Spotify. You can't change the country unless you have a Swedish payment method.
