Olá, estou tendo problema com a conta premium, fiz o pagamento via boleto faz alguns dias, mas até agora o serviço não atualizou, ja aconteceu com alguem ou alguem sabe alguma coisa?

 

Hello, I'm from brazil, I choose to pay premium account by bank ticket (Bank slip, bank draft, I don't  really know the name in english), there are a feel days already, but nothing changed yet, does anyone know something about it?

I got some information back about your issue. A payment through Boleto Bancario is available for Brazil and may take up to five business days to process. A suggest is to log out/into your Spotify account every now and then to check if it is upgraded. Let the community moderators and/or Rock Stars known after 5 business days if your account has not changed over to premium OK?

I can not generate a ticket to be able to pay the sporfy account. What do I do ?

Hi, I´m having the same problem with boleto bancario payment. I have this receipt since december 12 and it still keeps asking me to update the payment options. What should I do?
