PS4 Linking

My Spotify is not connected to any PS4 account that I am aware of I have revoked access in the account to the PS4 and it still says I have an account linked to my Spotify does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello @Trestin and welcome to the community !

Try this option 'SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE' which is in your profile page.

To be sure that only you have access to your account, you can also change your password on the password reset page.

If it's still not working even after the 'SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE' and the password reset you can also try to use this official Playstation link for unlinking your Spotify account.

Yeah sign out everywhere has not worked I have no clue why this is happening, New Spotify account I’ve connected using my phone but never linked the account.

Yes, It still says I have an account linked.

If nothing helps, then you should contact Spotify staff via email at: support@spotify.com or use the Contact Form and they will sort out your problem. You will get a response within 72 hours.
