Paid $99 for a year of Premium, but account still shows monthy payment

Paid $99 for a year of Premium, but account still shows monthy payment

Hi Folks, 

 

I wish there was some sort of official account help with Spotify.  I've been a premium member (individual) for some time now.  My account was getting ready to renew, so I paid the $99 fee for a full year of Spotify Premium.  However, my account information on the Web site still shows me as a monthly subscriber.  I suspect if nothing is done, I'll be paying for this service twice. 

 

Is there anyone in Spotify who can help me get this straightened out?
