Paid for premium twice on 1 account

Paid for premium twice on 1 account

On December 15, 2017, Spotify premium was charged.

but 3 days later (18.12.2017) Spotify again got premium money from me.

Please send me money.

Could you please take a look here, which is your receipt's panel: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/ and let me know exactly what is shows?

It shows that the money was received on 18.11.2017, but nothing like that happened. (Screenshot 1) Because there was no money on my card. The premium was not active because no money was taken. But 1 month later (15.11.2017), when I paid money for my wage, it paid me for the previous month (2nd Screenshot). On 18.12.2017 (3 days after) the subscription fee again. So the extra 13.99 Turkish Lira was taken by Spotify. <snip - Moderator edit>

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

In this case it would appear that this would be a 'pending' payment, and as such you would not of been charged. As such it should be returned to you by your bank in a few days. 

 

Your bank would be able to provide any more information 🙂

I have had someone take another look at this from Spotify's end. I would like to add, if you still are waiting on the funds to contact support directly here:

 

 emailFacebook or Twitter. They will take a look at your account backstage to help you.
