Paid for premium

paid for three months free trial to spotify premium on mastercard but I am not receiving premium feature. And spotify took 0.99$ twice. so i've paid 1,98$ and no spotify premium help pls?!?!

Hey there! 

First thing worth double checking is your confirmation emails that's been sent out when you purchaced Premium. On that email you'll have your username you've paid for Premium on or a 10 digit number. If it's the latter you'll need to use your facebook details to login. 

Once you know for definate which username you added Premium to, login here https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/subscription/ and just make sure it shows you as a Premium member.

Nope, i havn't found anything there.. I have a picture on that a protected amount has been paid and it's 2 times and that is $ 0.99

For couple days ago, i wanted to buy the offer u have gave 0.99$ for 3 months, i payed it once and it didn't work, and then i tried again, but it didn't work again. And after 1 day i went in on my bank to check in my money balance, and there it stood that i have payed 0,99$ twice in a day. PLs help me with this.

i sent this to Spotify Support, and theres answer where that iam login to this site and ask the question and get a fast answer...

Yeah, so the people on the other end of that link I gave you will have direct access to your account to see what's going on under the hood. I'm sure they'll figure it out for you.
