Paid for subscription I don't have

Cancelled my subscription but was charged $11.99 for Premium moments later. How do you contact customer service to get a refund?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

My position is even worse. i have never had a spotify account [ i have had to create one to contact you.]

However my credit card was charged £0.99 in December, presumably for a 3 month trial and I have now been charged £9.99 each month since then.

How has this happened? How do I cancel it? How do I get refunds for the amounts charged?

I have sent emails using the contact form, but not received a response.

What can I do?
