Password Issues

I am trying to install Spotify on my PC.  I do not remember my password.  When I click to reset password, I don't get the email they say they will send (it is not in junk folder either).  I've tried about 20x.  If I go to my account on my iPod and try to change password, I have to enter my old one first.  But I don't remember my old one; that's why I'm trying to change it.  Can someone help?  It shouldn't be this difficult to change a password.  Thanks.

Actually, I got it to work by using Inernet Explorer vs. Firefox.   You should know that your Reset Password feature does not work with the latest version of Firefox.
