Password reset not working

I have reset my password multiple times, and I am still being told that the password or username is incorrect, when I know that both are. Any help?

To access your Spotify account, try typing your email address and password, or username and password.

In case you get the same error message, your account might be created via Facebook, so try clicking the blue "Log in with Facebook" button to access it.
