Password reset not working

Hi Spotify,

I've been trying to reset my password (not a facebook account) for the past week and your reset password is simply not working. I never received a reset password email (checked my spam box) and I have submitted 2 Support requests to no avail: Case # 01682607 and Case # 01690215.

This is very frustrating. Could you please at least fix your reset password page? It'll save you time and your customers' time.

I am having issues logging in. My normal password wont work and everytime i try to get help i need the password to reset it. I have sent emails to spotify am=nd all they send is a loop email sending me back to where i started. I am a free meber and have been for years.

@emerald11june - If you could reply to one of the emails that has a case number in it (even if it is from no-reply) someone will get back to you as soon as possible to lend a hand. 

@ralphtasker - To get a password reset:
1. Go to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/
2. If you get redirected to your online profile (where you need to current password to make the change), you are still logged into the website. Click on your name at the top and choose Log Out.
3. Return to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ and you should be able to request a reset.

Hey Peter,

Just want to let you know that your method worked (I received a reply last night). Apparently a hacker has took over my account and I wasn't at all aware about it, and password reset emails have been sent to the hacker's email instead of mine.
