Password reset now working

Password reset now working

Me and my daughter are part of a family premium plan of my ex girlfriend. I am trying to save playlists. 
the issue is I am pretty sure which email I have used to sign up my daughter, because of find the invitation mail on her postbox. 
however is lost the password to her account, but Passwort reset mail is never sent to her email Address!?

 

any advice / hints why and how to solve that?

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. Can you make sure you're typing the account's email address correctly in the password reset form? I'd also recommend checking your junk/spam folders in case the email went there. You can find more help with your issue in this Support article.
