Password reset

Hi I've completely forgotten my password for my account, so naturally I've tried to do password reset. I've tried to put in my email address and put in my username separately to get it to send a password reset to my email address. Both have failed on numerous occasions/have checked junk and trash folder and it's definitely the email address that I've signed up with. Is there anyway of finding the password by any other way or can I cancel my subscription in any way without having to put my password in because I'm paying for premium... My username is icedtea63. PLEASE HELP!
