Pay for multiple months in advance?

Hello everyone!

So I am in the Navy, and sometimes we stay at sea for more than a month at a time (though rarely), and when that happens spotify locks my music because It has no way of knowing I paid my bills.

Is there a way I can pay for more than 1 month at a time when I want to to avoid this problem, or would my devices still have this issue even if I did that?
