Payed for premium but not activated?

Payed for premium but not activated?

I've payed for premium today severeal hours ago, but it has still not been activated. I've tried everything. How long could it take before activation ?

 Hey @Maria19841,

 

Here's what to try if you've upgraded to Premium but don't see it in the app.

 

    • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
    • If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

 

If you've tried all the steps above,  please press the button below. It'll then take you through a survey to point you in the right direction:

Hi, 

 

I've recently paid for premium with my card, but i didn't recieve an email confirming my suscription. The thing is that my bank has charged the purchase but I'm still a Free user.

 

I've checked all my accounts and there's no result. I've followed all your instructions but nothing happens.

 

What should I do? Because it seems that everything is solved in this forum, but i can't find a solution.

I have the eactly same problem!!!
I have the premium account fir more than 5 months and now just appeared as free. The app charged me just yeaterday!

Have you checked the solutions this thread offers? Did you check your Spam folder for the confrimation? It's worth a shot since it could be hiding in there 🙂  If you have and still haven't solved your issue, I'd suggest you contact Spotify directly so that a member of the staff can take a closer look for you. To do that you can either use their twitter handle @SpotifyCares or by using the contact form here. If you receive an automated email directing you back to the help pages, just make sure to reply to it, even if it's a no-reply! Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.

Did you try logging out and logging back in your account? Also, make sure you have the latest update of the client installed 🙂

Logged in and out miltiples times. Deleted and reinstalledthe app twice too with the latest updates... Still nothing!
The worst part is they charged me yesterday and the do not have any customer service to call them to clarify my situation.

Same here, i am a premiuim member for several years. since today turned my account from premium into free. Today should be the payment. I can't upgrade, only to family... Grrrrr.

I conntacted the spotify team already providing them all the posible information (including the transaction number).... Still waiting!!!

I did it one or two hors ago.... Why so long???

It depends on how many cases they have I guess... Be patient, if you have replied to the automated email, I'm sure they'll get back to you as soon as possible 🙂

Hi

I payed for premium but it say's free in my account.  I've been charged for premium also.  'Ive logged out and in again it doesn't work.  I've installed the app again but that doesn't work either so can you help me ?

I have tha same problem, I want to talk to them ober telephone but i dont get any number in the page!!! I´m so angry!!!
