Paying for premium. Not getting premium

Paying for premium. Not getting premium

My cc was charged for the premium account, but my Spotify won't let me use Premium? It says i have a free account.

Hey @jt3611 🙂 

 

Does your account show as premium on your online overview

 

If not, then that is not the account you are subscribed on. Check your login details, its amazingly easy to have two completely seperate accounts: one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details. 

 

If you can't find your premium, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can track it down for you using your billing details. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
