Paying twice - Both paying through iTunes and directly through Spotify

Paying twice - Both paying through iTunes and directly through Spotify

iTunes asked to update my credit card info. In doing so, I was transferred to Spotify and updated my card here. However, now both Spotify and iTunes charge me. Please return the money and stop charging me twice.

Hey @ah-254,

 

First of all, did those payments come out of your account on the same day? If so you probably just hit the upgrade button more than once (and both payments were credited to your account). You can check this by going to your Subscription Page and confirming your next payment date is more than 1 month away.

 

If your subscription is through iTunes, please see Apple's instructions for canceling.

 

You can also double check if you or anyone in your family have created a second account.
