Paying twice for one account

Paying twice for one account

Hi there,

I just checked my credit card transactions and it seems that I've been paying twice for Spotify Premium for a few months now while I only have one account.
Any idea how to contact Spotidy directly to stop the extra payment and to get my money back?

Hi there and welcome to the community,

 

Double charged are mostly related to accidently created duplicate accounts.

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
