playlist lost

I have a premium account with many playlist but as of yesterday my account is showing only "free" and all playlist are gone. How do I recover my premium account?

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Did you receive case numbers? You can post them (or the latest one) here and I can escalate the case for you.
