My Question or Issue:

I have been trying to update my payment method using my newly activated credit card but I keep getting an error message saying 'oops something went wrong'. I already talked to my credit card provider and have confirmed that card has been activated. Kindly seeking your help to solve this please. Thank you!

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

I get that you have some issues with entering the details of your payment method. If this is still the case, then I can suggest you to try updating your payment details once more, but this time using a different browser or a private/incognito window of your preferred browser. See if this helps, as sometimes there could be cache-related issues with your usual browser session.
 

If the above doesn't work, you could also check if your account's country matches the country of your card, as this is mandatory for creating a subscription. 

If nothing from the above helps, then please feel free to reach out to our Support team, who can help you dig deeper in your personal profile and make any changes for account and subscription.

I have tried over and over to try to buy a subscription but every time I do I get denied by saying "The payment failed". I have tried multiple of my credit cards but I keep getting the same thing. I have done all of the troubleshooting on my end but still doesn't work. I know my credit cards work but for some reason they wont be accepted on Spotify

Mon paiement de janvier a t il bien eu lien ? En cas de non réponse rapidement facturée vous 49,99€ le mois suivant pour la fermeture du compte ?
