I am trying to upgrade a family member's spotify account to premium, I am using a card that I use on my own account and it wont work, it keeps saying that it can't put it through.  There are plenty of funds and the card works on my account fine.  I tried using a different card type with sufficient funds and that wasn't accepted too.  Very strange!  I've never had this issue before

Hey there! That doesn't sound fun. Can you try going to www.spotify.com/family from a desktop computer, using an incognito window? Trying a different browser might help too.

My credit card has been changed by the bank, and when I try to upgrade payment method, the credit card is rejected. I already cheked it with the bank, and my credit card it is ok, it is not blocked and also can be used in other Internet sites.
