The frist payment was paid into my account but I still do not have premium access.
And its strange that the promotional option says that I will pay R$1,99 for 3 months in sequence and then it will cost 14,90. But at the first time I got charged 14,90!!

When did you pay? And did you find some contact sector to contact spotify?

Hm, make sure you contact Spotify about this problem. This is very strange. Try signing out off all devices and sign back in. It usually takes awhile to update your status. If this doesn't work, definitely contact Spotify.

How can I contact them?
