Payment Problems

Hey there, I'm using Spotify premium and I have my paypal account linked for payments, well I signed in today and I got an error message on the desktop version of my Spotify application, stating that there was an error withdrawing funds from my Paypal account and that I needed to add more when I have $50 in the account. Some help would be great, thanks.

Hi. They will try to take the payment again, usually two days later so you may want to check with Paypal and get in touch with the payment team using the online contact formIf you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.

Just wondering is your PayPal linked to a credit/debit card or directly to your bank account? As far as I am aware Spotify requires a credit/debit card even with PayPal.
