Payment failure

Payment failure

Hi, my payment failed for Spotify Premium, and now that I look back over what I've spent on Spotify - I think I might save the 9.99euro/month & not continue subsription.  Will it automatically cancel or doI need to do further admin? I tried to look around for discounted deals for students, etc. but didn't find anything.

Hi fmulri10,

 

Your account has just switched back to the Free service and you will not be charged again unless you start a new subscription.  We do have a student discount, but afaik, it is just for NUS/Unidays members in the UK (or Unidays in Germany).
