Payment method does not work?

I could not make payment since 24 hours. Credit card information screen is not installed. Other payment method is unavailable for my country. I'm using 2 or 3 months premium. I'm sending a screenshot.

Welcome to the Community!

Unfortunately you're no longer able to buy Spotify in "bulk" in such terms. You can only purchase Spotify for either 1 month or 12 months. There is no way to purchase it for 3 months anymore.

It's best you contact Spotify's Support Team here as they'll be able to get this fixed for you.

If you get an email back, even if it's from a noreply email, make sure you reply so your message is sent to a support agent!

There is a problem about pci.spotify.com in Turkey, try a program like hotspot shield, it will work.
