Hi, I just subscribed to the Student Premium and my card was charged $5 three times. Why is that happening?

Hey @TehyaParker,

 

Did you get 3 email receipts for your subscription purchases?

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.

 

You can login to the website with your username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
