I have been paying for spotify premium since december of 2016 and only had like 3 months of premium, but my card has been charged ever since then, I can't do anything that the premium access has and it says I'm listening free. I would really like to know what's going on, if y'all can't help I'll like my money back and so far it has added up to $111.74 I would like to be contacted personally by email (normayventura@gmail.com),

Your best bet would be to reach out via email ro live chat to check whats going on. You likely have one free and one paid for acocunt, but I doubt they will refund all that £££ unless you can prove you tried to cancel after the trial: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/
