Paypal subscription issue

Im using my paypal account to pay for this .99$ subscription fee, its not letting me pay. I have sufficient funds. Ive tried over the months.

This usually happens when you've used the PayPal account to get a promotion or trial in the past.

It's not possible to get one of the offers with a payment method that's already been used to purchase a subscription or another offer before.
