Pissed off, how do I complain?

I upgraded to premium but I didn't get the extra 2 months the add promised... how can I report this issue?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hope you can inform me hiw to fix my account. I've been charged for premium for the past months and I can't access my playlist even.

Pls have someone contact me so I know what to do in fixing my account.

I don't have premium so when I want to listen to one song I make a new playlist and it was working fine till I updated Spotify and now it won't play any song I want , what's up with this it's pissing me off

Last december 5, 2017 i avail the the premium worth 9.00 for 3 mos.. but in my statement of account you bill out 132.23 pesos??? What was that 9.00 all about??? Was that use to foold spotify users?
