Playlist I delete are recreated in my account by someone else

Playlist I delete are recreated in my account by someone else

I think my account is stolen.

I delete playlists not created by me, and the day after they are created again.

I think that someone else is using my account.

I've changed last week my pwd, but again new playlists not created by me are created.

Could anyone help me?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your account. Unfortunately since this is a delicate account security issue, it isn't something that can be easily sorted out here on the community. 

 

If you could open a case with the Spotify support team using the link below (ensuring you use a valid email address) they will be able to lend a hand to recover your account. They will need to verify a few personal security details to prove you are the owner of the account.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
