Playlist covers not changing

I've been trying to change my playlist covers, but even after I save them, it reverts back to the original cover within a few minutes. I've tried restarting the app, my computer, and reinstalling Spotify, but nothing seems to be working. I've even tried it from my other laptop and it's not working from there either. Does anyone know what's wrong and how to fix it? Thanks

Hey @neha264, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try creating a new account here? Once you do, try creating a new playlist of your choice and then change the playlist cover and see if it changes on the new account.

It works when I make a new playlist, but the covers of the old playlist
don't change. I hadn't wanted to remake the playlists because then all my
followers would lose it as well.
