Hello,<br><br>I have a Premium Spotify account for about 1 year and up to now, i was very happy about the service.<br>Since the beginning of july, I experience some difficulty to make research with the PC version and I cant find the solution on the web. This is annoying but not disappointing.<br>Last week, I connected on my IPhone app and discover that all my playlist disappared. I hâve the same problem with my PC version. Thons is disappointing. I tried to send a mail to the support but up to now, I did not receive Andy answer.<br>Is there anybody that can help me ?<br>Best regards.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

When you got in touch with support, you will have received an automated email reply with a case number in it. 

Can you reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply)? That will bump your case in the system for an advisor to pick up.
