Playlist not syncing

Hi everyone.

I am a premium member and I have recently been having problems syncing music to my offline playlists.

I have wifi, I make sure that offline mode is disabled, my phone never goes to sleep and I only have 300-400 offline songs so I am nowhere near the limit.

On my iphone, it shows my playlist starting to sync but never gets past song '1 of 18'.

Would really appreciate some help.

Also, some additional info - iPhone 4 on O2 in the UK.

Not sure if that adds but can't hurt 🙂

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Have you tried reinstalling Spotify?

There used to be a bug with slow syncing; but if your iOS and Spotify versions are up to date the bug should have been fixed.

My iPhone and Spotify app were both up to date, so I'll reinstall the app and see what happens

Ok, all sorted now. Is there a way this can be prevented in the future?
