Playlists accidentaly removed, can't recover them

I forgot my Spotify account was connected to facebook, so when i looked up the app permissions on my facebook account, i wondered why there was an entry for "Spotify", so i removed it. Turns out i couldn't start spotify afterwards. So i filled in my facebook login data and the app started, but a screen popped up asking for my login data (which i entered before). So I entered my Facebook login data again but the app said "the username password combination" was invalid. So the only thing i could do was to click "new account", which i did. Spotify asked me for permission to use my facebook data, i clicked ok and finally i could use the app, but all of my playlists were gone. Now I can't even recover the playlists because the list is just empty.

 

So...please Spotify, help me to get back my account!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you back to your original account. 


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get you back to your original account. 


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
