Premium problems

Premium problems

My credit card had expired and so my premium account was not automatically renewed. This morning I renewed with my new card information so that I could once again have premium service. However, my iphone 5 account will not recognize the premium service as being activated. I have logged out and in multiple times, as well as deleted the app and redownloaded multiple times now. I have even gone through my phone's cloud backup storage to make sure the app was deleted there before once again trying to download the app. Help!

Is your account definitely showing as Premium here?

Spotify do currently seem to be having some issues with Premium upgrades, the team are aware of the issue.
