Playlists are gone???

I had the premium version and i had a few playlists but i had to uninstall the app because it wasnt working properly. After i logged back in i now have the free version and all my playlists are gone. Im pretty sure i only have one account but if i did have two how can i find out? ??

1. When you log into your account did you use an email address or your Spotify username?
2. Could you please attach a screenshot of what you currently see when you sign in?

I forgot my username so i emailed Spotify and they told me what it was. I used my username they told me to log in.
