"Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."...this keeps coming up and my card company says there's nothing wrong so how can I subscribe with my card because I don't have a PayPal account nor will I make one

Same thing in SE TX. But my card is a visa debit card from Walmart

Mine is an emerald card from H&R block,but it works just fine with everything,but this...I've seen a lot of people making the same claim about being denied like this..card company said its nothing on their end soooooo...yea
