Playlists have all disappeared

Basically, this morning I woke up, checked my spotify and noticed that all my playlists had disappeared, and it looks as though they were deleted. Is there any way I can get them back as it looks as though I may have been hacked.

You can recover deleted playlists on this page. Make sure you are logging into the correct account. Perhaps you have a second account to which you logged in. This would explain the difference in the library.

If you are sure you are logging into the correct account, but have the feeling a different person might have deleted the music, be sure to follow the steps on this page.
