Playlists missing

Playlists missing

Hi there,

I have had a Spotify account for many years, periodically on Premium, periodically on free.

I recently upgraded to Premium again after I hadn't used Spotify in a while. I didn't see any of my playlists or saved albums from the past years, neither on free nor on Premium. I immediately cancelled my Premium subscription because of that.

It currently only shows two saved albums from recently, however I had close to 150 playlists and an equal amount of albums, built up over the years, before.

This doesn't work because the link seems dead:

https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Community-Blog/Missing-playlists-Premium-disappeared/ba-p/1...

And this didn't work either:

https://community.spotify.com/t5/Accounts-and-Subscriptions/Please-read-Missing-playlists-Premium-di...

Customer service didn't give any other than an automated answer (likely because I'm currently on free).

Any ideas how I can get my playlists/albums back?

Hi, sorry you're having this issue.
Sometimes if you reply to the automated email (Even if it is no-reply) an actual member of the team will get in touch and try to help.
Hope this helps

It did! This was solved, customer service was attentive, friendly, and very
helpful. I'm impressed. Thanks!
(The solution was that I had two accounts without knowing)
