Some of my playlists have synced 3 have not. Restarting the Roku did not fix it.
Tech support suggested that I uninstall and then reinstall the Spotify app. I have and it still does not load 3 of my playlists. I am able to listen / access them on my phone and computer.
Still having the same issue in March. The only playlist that appears is Starred and even that one is empty when I click into it. Tried reinstalling the app, but get the endless "loading" screen
I'm having the same problem on Roku and Samsung TV. No playlists for a couple months! Spotify, PLEASE fix this or I will have no choice but to cancel.
Hey everyone,
An update from Spotify has been posted here:
"Due to various technical challenges, the Playlists feature has been removed from the Roku Spotify app.
We do understand your concerns and are working with Roku on how best to move forward with this app. In the meantime, you can search for and play artists, songs and albums, and your playlists are always available on your other devices with our desktop and mobile apps.
There are other ways to listen to Spotify on your TV too. Check out our guide at www.spotify.com/tv."

How do I get my Spotify account on my laptop to my roku tv?
Hey @LukeCage20951,
Thanks for your reply and for the info shared.
In this case, if you want to open your Spotify account on your Roku TV, you should install the app in it. If you cannot see Spotify in the Roku Channel Store, it's most likely because your Roku device does not support Spotify. We located this guide, so you can follow it to check if your Roku TV supports Spotify.
Once you've checked that and Spotify is installed on your Roku device, you can control music playback using your Roku remote, or via Spotify Connect on a smartphone, tablet, or computer. To do it, make sure both devices are on the same WiFi and you've logged in onto the same account.
We hope you found this helpful. Let us know if you need anything else.
Cheers!
