Playlists - please help

Hi,

I have recently logged into my spotify and all my playlists I had saved over the years have complety vanished?

I have tried both my phone, my partners phone and my mac book which is where I use my account and my playlists appear to have dissapeared?

Does anybody know why this may have happend, or even better how I can get them back? I feel completly lost after having created many playlists over the years!!

Don't worry; your Spotify playlists haven’t disappeared. It sounds like you might be logged into the wrong account. It's possible to create multiple Spotify accounts, each with their own login details, saved music, and subscription. Please check to see if you have any other accounts.

I have checked this and only have 1 account via facebook - and it still says no playlists?

Hey @HayleyW21,

Let's try recovering your playlists by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Click Recover playlists in the menu on the left. 
3. Click RESTORE by the playlist you want to recover.
4. Open Spotify and find the restored playlist at the bottom of your playlist collection.
