Hi I'm paying for spotify premium as it on my bank statement, although when I come to using it I am only aloud to access the free version? Can anyone help as I'm paying for a service I can't even get??

Hi. If there is no payment history shown on this page, it sounds like you have logged in with the wrong credentials. Try logging out and back in with both a spotify username and your facebook details - one of these should take you to the correct account.
