Upgrade Premium isn't working

I am paying £9.99 a month and i have only just noticed that on my account (on my computer) i am logged on with, it says i am not using premium account.....i don't know whats going on, but when i got to my account details it says i am 'not upgraded' but i am still paying £9.99 a month. Can someone help?

Hi. Is there any payment history shown here? If not, you aren't logged into the account on which you have a premium subscription. Usually this happens if you log in with facebook (email address) instead of a username or the other way around. Try logging out and back in. If you have a receipt email from Spotify, it will give a clue as it shows your username - either a spotify username which you should be logging in with or a 10 digit username if your account is linked to facebook.
