Spotify team,

Yesterday I upgraded my Premium subscription to your newly available Family subscription.
However, I had to cancel it and revert back to my single premium subscription within a few hours, simply because it doesn't work.

When trying to send invitations via email, I receive an error stating "Oops, something went wrong. Try again later."

When sending an activation link, it doesn't allow the new user to sign up through chrome on iOS and when going through safari, it throws up some weird message "user_exists" or something like that.

I would really like to subscribe to the Family plan, but only when it works faultlessly.

Let me know when these bugs are fixed!
