My Question or Issue

I just switched to premium family. My family all lives at one address, but because of living overseas, we have credit cards in different currencies. My daughter's card is in a foreign currency. Mine is in USD. I can't get her to join my family account despite us putting in the same address. It keep saying we don't live in the same country. The only thing I can think of is that her region is set to not USA because of her previous card on her account not being a US one. Changing her region is still grayed out because she is still on her own spotify premium individual account despite us canceling it and starting the change to Spotify Free (so we can put her on my family account). How do I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In this case, she has to wait for her current subscription to end. 🙂 Once it has ended, she'll be able to change her country setting here.
