Premium Paid, but access not given

Premium Paid, but access not given

Hi,

 

I have paid for premium, and have the confirmation.  But premium is not showing up in my account on my mobile phone.

 

Can you help me?

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Yes, I have reinstalled and logged in again. Still no joy. Can you check my account settings on the back end?

1. Exact Device (e.g. Samsung Galaxy 4)

2. Exact operating system (e.g. 4.4.2)

3. Spotify app version installed (2.0.0)

 

I can't check your account settings. -.-
