Hi 

I paid my monthly Premium for Spotify, and it seemed to work, but the next day when I went to use spotify it notified me that the payment hadn't worked.  The problem is it's taken my money but won't let me use Spotify.  I even received notification from Apple informing me of my payment to Spotify.

I'd recommend you to contact support directly so they can help you sort this out. Head over here to do so.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.

Hi
Money was taken from my phone credit yesterday for the premium service but it doesn't show in my spotify account, Its just the free service this will be the first payment taken after the free trial I have sent a couple of messages to spotify but no reply yet.

You said you already messaged support through the contact form right?

 

Please keep in mind that Spotify can take up to 48 hours to reply.
If you are still waiting for a reply, they are handling your case.


If you don't receive any email after the 48 range then feel free to email again.
Don't email before the range because you'll create another thread and it might take even longer for the first email.
