Premium Spotify Account details - please help!

Premium Spotify Account details - please help!

Hello,

 

My phone and iPad have updated and now I can't log into Spotify. I do have a Premium Spotify account but can't access it. I don't know my username and email that is connected to this. I do get a receipt every month paying for the account. I have tried Facebook logging in and it didn't work.

 

The only account I can access is a free account from years ago. This is from my Hotmail address.

 

Please help me!

Hey there! 

The username you're paying the Premium subscription for, is located on the reciept. Please make sure you're logging into the right account.

(Note: if the username on the reciept is a 10-digit number, you should be logging in using your Facebook account.)

That must mean I log in through Facebook.

However when I try that it brings up an error message. Error 404.

Any idea please.

Can you access your Dashboard using your Facebook?

Sadly not. Still that error 404 message.

Alright.. This is a complicated one, Ralph!

We can check something in your Facebook settings, please log into Facebook and follow these instructions:

Facebook settings > Apps > Settings > Select Spotify > Delete/remove it from your account.

Then, try to log in at your Spotify dashboard using your Facebook account!
