i've paid for premium but my account is not a premium

i've paid for premium but my account is not a premium

Today i did the upgrade to premium with the new offer (0.99 for 3 months). I did the subscription 2 times and they said to me "you can't do this offer" but i don't know the reason (this is my first time i do the premium upgrade with spotify) and they took anyway the money from my card, what's the problem? how can i fix this? i paid 2 times a service that i haven't.... is a bit frustrating.

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email, it's very likely just a pending charge: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/
