I just paid my sisters premium account of 3 months for $1.000 cop with my credit card, she got the mail saying it was paid fine and I got the message from the bank saying that the payment was done properly.

After I did that, I created my own spotify account,
because I did not have one, and made the payment for the same promotion with the same credit card, for my new account; for which I got my bank's message saying that the payment was successful, however the premium account was not activated and I did not get any mail from spotify saying any ting about the payment. So I want to know what happened with that!? Because I did the payment but the premium is not working I just got the 7 days of free trial.
