Premium account GONE. What happened?

Premium account GONE. What happened?

My premium account is gone - when I start the app (both on my WP device and my desktop computer) I am no longer recognised as a premium user, although I did not cancel my subscription. What happened?

Is your account still showing as premium on your online account? Can you see all of your playlists still?

I suppose so. I'm German, and the site's information on my account is somewhat garbled; however, if I switch to English, this is what it says: "You have got an active subscription.You subscription will automatically change to Spotify Premium on 2014-01-27 and you will be charged 9,99 € unless you cancel recurrent payments." I'm paying by standing order, and the money has been taken out of my account. What to do?

@Jonono999 - Is that via Sofortdauerauftrag? There do appear to be some reported issues last week with payments via that method. 

 

If you could get in touch with the german customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to look into this further for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

"Sofortdauerauftrag" it is - I've just contacted German customer care. I've noticed that in the payments report on the website the last two months weren't listed, maybe that's the problem. Anyway, thanks for your help!

My account is not showing premium  but I can't see some of my playlists
